At Liquid London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Liquid London account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original luxury packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our beauty quality control team verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
